Delight your guests with this vitamin-rich mango gazpacho before the fruit goes out of season. Puree 2 cups of fresh mangoes, 2 cups orange juice and
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Add 1 diced cucumber; 1 diced small red/green bell pepper, 1 small diced onion,
2 minced garlic cloves, 3 tbsp lime juice and 2 tbsp fresh, chopped coriander. Mix well and season with salt and black pepper. Serve chilled.

Use an old egg carton to liven up your desk—and keep your paperclips, rubber bands and safety pins in their place. It’s also a great way to store nails, screws and other hardware. Remove the top of the carton and decorate as you like with paint, glitter, sequins…get creative!
